Caroline Dawson

Caroline Josephine Dawson holds a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She has trained operational, supervisory and managerial staff from various organisations.

 

Her professional work experience as a Corporate Trainer has required her to market the value of her programs and persuade clients to value and understand the urgency of good communication skills in the workforce. She has also worked with the Workforce Development Agency of Singapore to develop training content for the Employability Skills System where she successfully attained industry-approved competencies in conducting, planning and designing competency-based assessments for workshops.

Catherine Syn

Catherine Syn studied Business in Australia, was a Corporate Member of the Institute Of Administrative Management (U.K.). She has held the positions of Executive, Manager, Corporate Trainer and Consultant for the past three decades.

 

As an experienced trainer, she has successfully applied service qualities principles and competency assessments in all her communication courses in business writing, face-to-face communication, customer service, managing difficult customer situations using effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. A versatile and bi-lingual trainer, she relates well to all participants and has excellent delivery and presentation skills that meet the motivational needs of each participant.

Francis Claudius

Francis Claudius has more 30 years of training experience. His working experience comes from a large organization under the Learning & Organization Department. He was a professional trainer, facilitator and an in-house training consultant. Currently, he is an Associate Trainer and also an Assessor for the Employability Skills (ES), Work Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Training Programmes Executive Development & Growth for Excellence (EDGE).

As trainer and facilitator, he has a passion for human development to excel in their work or personal life as well. He strives to conduct his training in a lively manner with enthusiasm, passion and dedication. He conducts training programmes in an interactive style by engaging participants to contribute ideas and their experiences so as to benefit all participants.

Wekie Tay

Wekie Tay is an established regional Trainer, a sough-after Speaker, a published author as well as a Professional Excellence Consultant. He takes an immense interest in the various aspects of human development and the dynamism of its interaction process. He also brings with him more than 21 years of experience in conducting numerous talks, training workshops and keynote speeches for hundreds of multi-national corporations, government agencies, organisations, and schools on a myriad of professional development and life skills. He has trained and spoken to hundreds of organisations and over 100,000 individuals in his seminars, workshops and coaching throughout Singapore, USA, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and other regions.

He is a Bilingual Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer, Master Practitioner and Design Human Engineer. Wekie is also a Graduate and Practitioner in Mind Mastery and an American Management Association Certified Trainer. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster, Public Speaking Contests winner and has served as Division Governor in addition to receiving various awards. 

Ted Chan

Ted Chan is one of Asia Pacific’s most in-demand speakers and seminar leaders on innovation, change management and organisational creativity. He has spoken to and conducted workshops for several dozens of organizations and empowered several hundreds of business leaders on Leading Change, Innovation and Organisational Creativity.

His unique understanding of innovation and technological trends traces back to his 15 years of experience working for some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies such as Loral Communications Inc., Stanley Works, Singapore Technologies, and Cisco Systems, where he held senior positions in strategic planning, product management and sales & marketing.

Endowed with a strong sense of humour, Ted makes every keynote speech and workshop experiential, interactive, and most of all, fun. His insights leave his audiences not just entertained and informed but most of all inspired. 

Lorraine Kwek

Lorraine Kwek has extensive experience in various capacities in the fields of marketing communications, including Advertising, Public Relations, Conference Management as well as Training. Her background training in Communication Studies at the University and her teaching diplomas in Speech and Drama and Public Speaking has given her a unique perspective on the importance of facilitation skills in group discussions as well as in a training context.

She has trained in the areas of communication and facilitation skills, selling skills and customer service, including effective speaking skills, dealing with difficult people, dealing with angry and dissatisfied customers, telephone techniques etc.

As a firm believer in the fact that the ability to facilitate well is dependent on self awareness as well as being sensitive to others’ needs, Lorraine is committed to providing courses and programmes that will benefit and inspire the individual to higher levels of personal 

effectiveness and achievement.
